Since 1972, the Economic &Policy Analysis Research Center (EPARC) has provided Tax Data and Analysis to not only the State Legislature by providing the Fiscal impact of proposed legislation, but to the Citizens of Missouri through publications like the Missouri Statistical Data Archive, Historical Tax Summary and the Tax Expenditure Report.
